GOSAIKUNDA - Same day by Helicopter.

The holy spot of Gosaikunda lies in the region of Ganesh Himal at an altitude of 14,373 ft. This is the holy lake and the most important place of pilgrimage. May pilgrims congregate for bathing in the lake in August (full moon) from all parts of Nepal and India. It is believed that the most pious pilgrims can see the image of Lord Shiva in the transparent water of the lake in clear.
