MANAKAMANA - Same day by surface transport and cable car

Mankamana Temple (wish fulfilling deity) lies 12km south of historic town Gorkha and located on a prominent ridge (1302mt. above sea level) overlooking the river valley of Trishuli (South) and Marshyangdi (West). People believe that the Manakamana Devi fulfills the wishes of the devotees, thus called the wish fulfilling deity. Now the cable car makes the visit very comfortable.

Same Day Excursion - Drive to Kurintar by Car / Bus after breakfast, it takes about 2-3 hours to cover 105 Km. distance - from Kurintar to Mankamna Temple by Cabal Car, it takes about 10-12 minutes - after worshiping / Darshan & performing Puja back by cable car - after the Lunch drive back to Kathmandu.
