RISK AND LIABILITIES

"DHARAM YATRA MAHASANGH NEPAL" puts every effort to make your journey smooth, pleasant and comfortable. However we act as intermediary between the concerned Airlines, Hotels, Transport operators and Local Tourist offices providing the services. DYM-Nepal is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by the participants, including those occurring outside the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, natural disaster, political action and unrest must be born by the participants themselves. Program, prices, services and conditions are subject to change without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond our control.

Also please note:

• Bookings are accepted after receipt of the completed Registration cum booking form, Risk & Liabilities form and non-refundable deposit of INR. 1000.00 per person for Indian / Nepalese nationals, for others US$ 50.00 per person.
  
• 50% payment must be made at least four weeks before the commencement of tour, rest 50% shall be paid one week before the scheduled departure.
  
• There will be 50% cancellation charge for confirmed bookings with in one week prior to departure, no refunds thereafter, No refunds for No-Shows or after the commencement of tour or delayed arrivals of participants for whatsoever reasons.
  
• Any refund payable can only be made in Nepalese currency due to strict foreign exchange rules & regulations in Nepal.
  
• Any unforeseen cost increase beyond our control will be passed on directly to the participants whenever such increases are affected. This could include such items as Airfare, Visa fee, Government taxes etc.
  
• Cost does not include any insurance against accident, injuries, sickness, air or surface evacuation, trip cancellation, medical treatments, whatsoever.
  
• Accommodation is provided in twine sharing basis with basic facilities only.
  
• Chinese authorities reserve the right to:
  - Change the itinerary due to the reasons beyond our control.
  - Alter the length of the itinerary if necessary.
  - Increases the cost as a result of change in itinerary or due to other reasons.
  
• Any increases to be borne by the participants themselves and are liable to be collected directly in Nepal before departure.

I accept and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Dharam Yatra Mahasangh Nepal as described above and in its brochures & publications and is a binding there to hereby. I understand, I travel on my own risk and will not hold Dharam Yatra Mahasangh Nepal their agents involved in booking my tour and all concerned responsible or liable for any damage, illness, accident, failure in evacuation, any loss there on due to the reasons beyond their control.
